Working hard?

Well, I have been putting off posting because the last picture is so adorable, but oh well...

Nothing too exciting to report. The holidays have come and gone (and were very nice) and fortunately I still have this week off of work to get ahead on my thesis work. Although I avoiding that as I type this, I have been able to get quite a lot done. I am doing an oral history project on the Mexican American Community in Stockton which consists of conducting interviews, editing them and burning them to DVD's, then donating the burned DVD's to the Cesar Chavez Library as a research resource. Of course, I also have to write this up (about 40-60 pages worth), but I think the time consuming part is in the editing, transcribing and DVD burning. So far I have four completely transcribed and two in progress (leaving 3 more - one of which is nearly 2 hours long...AHHHHHHH), 6 edited on my computer and one burned - want to get professor approval before i do any more of that!

If I am actually productive for the next 6 days before i go back to work I could get a whole lot done...keep your fingers crossed that I am a good girl! ;)
